MTB Zone
The MTB Zone is the core of the UNREAL bike park: six progressive jump lines plus dedicated zones for every level of rider. Beginners start on low rollers and small tables, learning body position and speed control before moving into true green and blue lines. A separate kids “Nugget Zone” gives young riders and balance-bike kids their own space to build confidence without big-bike traffic. As you move up, intermediate and advanced lines stack into steeper lips, bigger tables, and faster, wall-to-wall berms. At the top end, the Flight Deck ties it all together with a resi ramp, bag landers, 9-foot lips, and a full foam pit - letting riders test new tricks and bigger sends with controlled risk. CNC radius construction is pro-built and maintained for consistency, so you can focus on progression and style, not guessing what the jump will do
BMX & Race Training Zone
The BMX & Race Training Zone is laid out like a compact race facility, giving riders a proper four-rider start gate, full sprint lanes, and linked rhythm sections that mirror national-level tracks. It’s the place to drill gates, first-straight power, and full laps with reliable timing and video feedback. Warm-up rollers and clear staging areas keep traffic organized so clubs can run structured sessions without fighting for space. Programming ranges from balance-bike and novice nights to winter training blocks and performance testing days. For clubs and teams, it becomes their “indoor home track” with perfect surface and zero rainouts
Skatepark & Street Plaza
The Skatepark & Street Plaza blends modern plaza design with flowing transition lines so skaters, scooters, and BMX riders all have something that feels dialed. Mellow banks and smaller quarters give beginners a place to learn drop-ins, basic grinds, and simple lines without being overwhelmed. Further in, you’ll find proper stairs, rails, ledges, hips, and bowl corners that let advanced riders stack real tricks and link long, satisfying runs. Sightlines and traffic flow are planned so different user groups can session without chaos. Smooth finishes and good lighting make this zone as good for filming and photos as it is for all-day laps
Pro Event Hosting
The Pro Event Hosting Arena is built to flip from daily use into full competition mode without a teardown every time. A central open floor can be configured for martial arts tournaments, sponsor activations, and athletic demonstrations with modular features, power drops, and media positions pre-planned from day one.
Around it, key zones are permanently competition-ready: The pro jump line, FISE-style street/plaza section, and BMX race training track are all laid out with clear sightlines, marshal points, and media angles baked in. Bleacher locations, entrances, and concourse space are planned for real spectators - clean viewing lines, room for vendors, and logical traffic flow. Athlete corrals, warm-up areas, and tech zones are integrated into the layout instead of bolted on as an afterthought. On non-event days, the entire area functions as a high-energy session space and a testbed for new lines, demo days, and product launches
Athlete Dorms & Guest Lodging
The Athlete Dorms are a training perk for select riders. Limited-capacity rooms are reserved for visiting pros, development teams, and VIP partners who are in town to ride, train, or film at UNREAL. Spaces are simple, functional, and built around performance: secure bike and gear storage, tuning and wash access, and quiet hours that respect training schedules. For camps, events, and filming blocks, approved athletes can stay right at the facility, cut down on travel time, and stay fully focused on riding. Access is by invitation or prior arrangement only, and subject to availability
Parent Offices & Guest Workspaces
Parent Offices & Guest Workspaces let real life and riding coexist, and they’re offered as a perk for UNREAL members. Bookable desks and small offices come with fast Wi-Fi, proper seating, and access to coffee and light food so you can clear your inbox or jump on video calls while the kids ride or climb. Some spaces overlook the action, others are tucked away for privacy, but all are designed for “set up once and be productive” - power where you need it, room for a laptop and documents, and decent acoustics. For sponsors and partners, these rooms also double as on-site meeting spaces to host clients, film content, or finalize deals right in the middle of the UNREAL ecosystem
Retail District
The Retail District is the front-of-house heartbeat of UNREAL. The Pro Shop & Repairs is the mechanical backbone of UNREAL. From full custom builds to suspension overhauls and emergency fixes mid-session, this is where bikes get dialed properly. Staff are riders first, with real experience in park, DH, BMX, and trail setups - so advice is grounded in what actually works on course, not just what’s in a catalog. Whether you’re chasing that last bit of performance or just need your drivetrain quiet and brakes sharp, the goal is simple: every bike that leaves the stand feels better than when it rolled in
Custom BMX & Dirt Jumper Sales
The Custom BMX & Dirt Jumper program connects riders directly to world-class frames, components, and builders. Whether you’re chasing a race-ready aluminum frame for the start gate or a tricked-out dirt jumper for the line, each build is spec’d for your size, style, and goals - not just pulled off a rack. Staff work with leading brands and pro riders to recommend geometry, suspension, wheels, and cockpit setups that feel right on UNREAL’s lines and beyond. Every build is treated as a statement piece: built clean, tuned precisely, and ready to ride hard from day one
Skills & Technical Clinics
Skills & Technical Clinics turn the facility into a classroom on two wheels. Programs are structured around real progression: body position, braking, cornering, pumping, jumping, race craft, and flow on different styles of tracks. Sessions are led by national-level athletes and visiting pros who understand both high-performance riding and how to break it down for regular humans. Whether your focus is Pump Track, Slopestyle, Enduro, or Downhill, clinics are built to keep things safe, measurable, and repeatable - so every visit moves you forward, not just wearing you out
Irreale District Restaurant
The Irreale District Restaurant is more than a “park café with fries.” It’s a proper sit-down restaurant with chef-crafted dishes, local influence, and enough range to handle team dinners, family nights, or a decent meal after a long session. Menus focus on fresh, well-executed food with Alberta roots - balanced plates for athletes, comfort options for everyone else, and rotating features to keep things interesting. Located adjacent to the Flight Deck, it’s positioned as the place where riding stories, planning sessions, and post-event debriefs naturally end up
The Finish Line Lounge & Arcade
The Finish Line Lounge & Arcade is UNREAL’s social zone for teens and adults. Upstairs, overlooking the Flight Deck and bag lander sections, it combines lounge seating, pool tables, and retro arcade games with a focused pub-style menu. It’s built for race nights, watch parties, and low-key hangs - grab food, follow live events on massive screens, and still feel connected to the park energy. Whether it’s a team wind-down, a league night, or just a place to park between sessions, this is where people regroup and reset
The 360 Café
The 360 Café is the quick-service hub of UNREAL. Positioned near the riding zones, it serves proper espresso, smoothies, pizza by the slice, and fast, fueling options that work for both athletes and spectators. Parents and coaches can stay close to their riders while still having a comfortable spot to sit, snack, and watch. For riders, it’s the pit stop between sessions - top up calories, hydrate, and get back on course without losing momentum
The Forge - Athletic Development
The Forge is UNREAL’s athletic development space, designed specifically around the demands of biking, skate, martial arts, and high-impact sports. Expect free weights, functional rigs, sleds, and mobility tools - not rows of treadmills. Programming focuses on power, stability, and durability - building athletes who can push harder, recover faster, and avoid preventable injuries. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or chasing podiums, The Forge is where off-bike work gets done with purpose
UNREAL Ascent Lab
The UNREAL Ascent Lab is a dedicated indoor bouldering and climbing facility with varied wall angles, volumes, and problem styles. Routes are set to encourage smart movement, body awareness, and real progression - not just flashy showpieces. Youth and adult programs introduce new climbers in a structured way, while comp-style problems and training tools give experienced climbers room to push harder. It’s equally suited to focused training sessions or casual climbs with friends, all under the same roof as the rest of UNREAL
UNREAL Air Park
The UNREAL Air Park is a giant air-filled arena packed with obstacles, slides, and bounce zones for kids and adults. It’s designed as a supervised, high-fun, low-consequence environment where running, jumping, crawling, and racing friends is fully encouraged. For younger visitors, it’s a safe place to burn energy and build confidence in their bodies. For adults, it’s a chance to let go a bit and just play. Structured sessions and party bookings keep it controlled, but the vibe stays loud, bright, and unapologetically fun
Black Tiger Kung Fu
Black Tiger Kung Fu is UNREAL’s martial arts program, run in a purpose-built hardwood space with proper flooring and atmosphere. Instruction focuses on practical, street-oriented self-defense rooted in traditional Gung-fu, with an emphasis on movement, structure, and control under pressure. Classes are tailored for different ages and experience levels, but the core stays the same: functional techniques, disciplined training, and a culture that values respect and real capability over theatrics
UNREAL Yoga Loft
The Yoga Loft is the calm point in the middle of UNREAL. Elevated above the main floor, it’s designed for athletes and everyday visitors who need to decompress, restore mobility, and reset their headspace. Classes range from recovery-focused sessions and deep stretching to more dynamic flows, all aimed at supporting performance, longevity, and general well-being. It’s the place to fix what riding, training, and life tighten up
UNREAL Golf Lab
The UNREAL Golf Lab combines high-definition simulators with comfortable lounge-style bays for individuals, groups, or corporate sessions. Players can practice on driving-range modes, dial in specific clubs, or play full virtual rounds on iconic courses regardless of season. Seating, tables, and service from the food and beverage team make it easy to turn a practice block into a social session. It’s equally useful for serious golfers tracking stats and casual groups looking for something fun and active indoors
The Hatchet Room
The Hatchet Room offers six dedicated axe-throwing lanes with safety and experience built into the layout. Targets, spacing, and backstops are set up to meet best practices, and staff walk new throwers through technique and safety, so sessions feel confident, not chaotic. It’s a strong option for team events, corporate nights, or a focused hour of doing something different after riding. Simple scoring formats and structured games keep things competitive and fun without getting in the way of the throw
